Manufacturing
| Blu Caribe has over 28,000 ft2
dedicated to solid dosage manufacturing
operations running 24 hours per day seven days per week. The
equipment
available for the manufacturing process are: MP8 and MP4/5Fluid Bed
Coaters/Dryers, High Shear Mixers, PK and Bin Blenders, Tablet
Compression Machines (Manesty, Fette, Courtoy) and Tablet Coaters. The on site Pilot Plant is equipped with a seperate full train of manufacturing equipment for process development. |

Packaging and Distribution
PackagingBlu Caribe houses a 21,000 ft2 packaging operation which contains four bottle packaging lines along with three new blister packaging lines, two CP-1200 systems and one CP3. Several of the packaging lines also have automated inspection and cartoning systems.
The two CP-1200 blister packaging lines include automated vision, weighing and counting systems as well as an integrated cartoner with insert capability.
Warehouse and Distribution
The warehouse is approximately 24,000 ft2 with its wide aisles, high ceilings and loading docks, the facility serves as an excellent temperature controlled storage and distribution center.
